Trenzform ("Trenzform," "we," "us," or "our") is a fitness coaching platform operated by Putri Labs. Trenzform is provided to coaches, who manage clients, nutrition plans, workout programs, and forms, and to clients, who use a separate portal to view and interact with what their coach assigns to them.

This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices available to you. By using Trenzform, you agree to this Policy.

2. Information We Collect

• Account information such as your name, email address, and password (stored hashed, never in plain text).
• Health, fitness, and nutrition data — nutrition plans, meals and food items, workout programs, and responses submitted through coach-created forms, which may include body measurements, goals, or injury notes.
• Coach–client relationship data, such as plan and program assignments.
• Technical and usage data collected automatically, such as device type, browser version, and log data.
• Authentication data — an access token stored on your device to keep you signed in.

3. How We Use Your Information

To create and manage accounts, enable coaches to build and assign plans and programs, authenticate and secure your account, operate and improve the platform, communicate with you, and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal data.

4. Who Can See Your Information

• Coaches can see the data of the clients they manage.
• Clients can see what their coach assigns to them.
• Authorized Putri Labs personnel may access data as needed to operate the platform.
• Service providers (such as hosting) may process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. Some records use a soft-delete mechanism before later permanent erasure. You may request permanent deletion at info@trenzform.com.

6. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures, including password hashing and encrypted transmission, but no method of storage or transmission is 100% secure.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your data, or to object to certain processing. Contact info@trenzform.com to exercise these rights.

8. Children's Privacy

Trenzform is not directed at children. Coaches are responsible for ensuring any client they onboard meets the minimum age required under applicable local law.

9. International Users

Trenzform may be used by coaches and clients in different countries, and your data may be processed and stored in a country other than your own, including India.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of Trenzform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
